What we do
Three ways we help. Pick what you need — or call us and we'll figure it out together.
Estate Sales
On-site sales, run garage-sale style. Items are sold from the home or property over a set weekend. We come in early, price and stage everything, advertise the sale, and run the days themselves. You don't need to be there.
What's included
- Pricing and staging the home
- Advertising — local listings, signage, photos
- Running the sale (typically Friday–Sunday)
- Cash and card handling
- End-of-sale tally and payout
When it's right
When a home has enough things to fill a real sale — furniture, kitchen, decor, collectibles, tools, etc. — and the family wants the items to find new homes rather than be donated or hauled away.
High-value items
For pieces that would do better at auction, we'll help you get them onto the right platform. We'll talk through the options — eBay, specialty auction houses, whatever fits the item — and help you list it well. The auction runs on its own platform, but we'll work the strategy with you. Estate sales are the on-site, weekend-event side; auctions are how we handle the standout pieces.
Junk Haul
Sometimes the answer isn't a sale. We'll load up what's left — broken, unwanted, beyond saving — and take it away. One call, one truck, no return trip.

- Loading and removal
- Responsible disposal — recycle, donate, or landfill as appropriate
- Garage, basement, attic, yard — wherever it is
When it's right
When the volume is too small for an estate sale, or after a sale ends and there's leftover stuff to clear, or when the items just aren't sale-worthy.
Estate Cleanout
Top-to-bottom clearance after a death, a move, or a change. We empty the home so the next chapter — sale, rental, family transition — can begin clean.
What's included
- Full-home clearance, room by room
- Coordinating with estate sale (if you want one) and junk haul
- Donations to local charities where appropriate
- Final sweep — house ready for the next step
When it's right
When the home needs to be empty by a deadline. When family lives out of town. When grief makes decisions hard and you need someone careful to handle the practical side.
Pricing
Every situation is different. We give a clear quote after a free walk-through, with no surprises later. For estate sales, we typically work on a percentage of sale proceeds. For junk haul and cleanout, pricing depends on volume and access.
